**STAFF ENTERING 12TH GRADE**

12th Grade Staff Fee is $1450
IMPORTANT: Fee does NOT include airfare, transportation, and luggage.
Payment Schedule: Deposit of $450 is due upon acceptance and will be charged to the card on file 48 hours after your acceptance email has been sent. You have 24 hours to decline the acceptance if you don't want to be charged the non-refundable deposit and instead choose to forfeit your spot.
The remaining balance will be charged in two equal payments of $500 on January 31st and March 31st. Please note there will be a 3% processing fee for all credit card payments. There will be no fee for Zelle payments. Please be in touch with us directly if you would like to pay via zelle.
Please note that all balances must be paid up prior to the first day of camp.
Refund Policy: Any cancellation prior to Jan. 15th will incur a service fee of $200. No refunds will be made after January 15th, and cancellation after this date will result in forfeiture of all funds paid. To receive a refund, all cancellations must be submitted in writing.
General Info: Any Staff member who on the recommendation of Camp Ohr is asked to leave camp during the session, regardless of the reason will be responsible for the full fee, no monies refunded. Late arrivals, early arrivals or absence will not result in any credit or refund. Camp Ohr will not be held responsible for any articles of clothing lost or damaged by fire, theft or the camp’s laundry services. Any and all claims made against Camp Ohr and/or its employees including any monetary disagreements, shall be decided upon only by a Bais Din in accordance with Halacha.
