2026 B-ELITE SUMMER CAMP

Welcome to B-Elite Academy Summer Camp 2026 — a transformational basketball experience designed for athletes who are serious about elevating their game.

Our professional coaching team will help players build confidence, skill, and athletic discipline — in as little as one week.

Each day is built around a training theme:

    •    Monday: Triple Threat + 1 on 1
    •    Tuesday: Ball Handling + 2 on 2
    •    Wednesday: Passing + 3 on 3
    •    Thursday: Shooting + 4 on 4
    •    Friday: Defence + 5 on 5 Game Day

This is a basketball camp but we will have a variety of activities for our campers such as dodgeball, soccer, baseball, daily yoga and other fun games to keep kids engaged.

While results start showing within one week, we recommend joining for two or more weeks for maximum growth and transformation.

🗓️ Dates: July 6 – August 14, 2026 (6 weeks)
📍 Location: A local school gym in Aurora, Richmond Hill or King City (finalized May 2026).

🕘 Hours:
    •    Full Day 9 a.m.–4 p.m.     $475/week + HST
    •    Half Day 9 a.m.–12:30 p.m. or 12:30 p.m.–4 p.m.    $375/week + HST

Every participant receives a B-Elite performance T-shirt for each week attended.

B-BALLERZ ELITE ACADEMY — SUMMER CAMP WAIVER & RELEASE FORM

1. Program Overview

B-Ballerz Elite Academy’s Summer Camp is a transformational basketball experience for athletes who are serious about developing their skills, mindset, and performance.
Each day features a focused theme — from stance and shooting fundamentals to conditioning and team play.
While every precaution is taken to ensure safety, participation in sports inherently involves some physical risk.

2. Acknowledgment of Risk

I, the undersigned parent or guardian, acknowledge that participation in basketball training, drills, conditioning, and related athletic activities carries potential risks of injury, including but not limited to strains, sprains, collisions, or other harm.
I voluntarily accept all such risks and agree that B-Ballerz Elite Academy, its owners, directors, coaches, staff, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation or travel.

3. Medical Consent & Authorization

In the event of illness, injury, or emergency, I authorize B-Ballerz Elite Academy staff to administer first aid and, if necessary, obtain emergency medical treatment.

4. Personal Belongings

B-Ballerz Elite Academy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Campers are encouraged to label all belongings.

5. Photo, Video & Media Release

I grant permission for B-Ballerz Elite Academy to photograph or film my child during camp activities. These materials may be used for educational or promotional purposes without compensation.

6. Behavior & Anti-Bullying Policy

At B-Ballerz Elite Academy, we foster a culture of respect, inclusion, and teamwork.
Bullying, teasing, name-calling, exclusion, or any physical or verbal aggression will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

    •    Any camper engaging in bullying or unsafe behavior may receive a warning, be removed from the group activity, or — in severe or repeated cases — be dismissed from the program without refund.
    •    All participants are expected to treat teammates, coaches, and staff with kindness and integrity.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have discussed this policy with my child and agree to uphold these standards.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and cover staffing and facility costs, the following policy applies:
    •    Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of registration, subject to a $20 administrative fee.
    •    No refunds will be issued after that period, including for illness, schedule conflicts, or change of plans.
    •    If B-Ballerz Elite Academy cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or credit will be offered.
    •    Camp fees are non-transferable once the session begins.
