The Georgia Association of Fire Safety Equipment Dealers, Inc. is pleased to invite your company as an Associate Member to participate in the 2025 GAFSED Annual Conference and Trade Show being held on March 17-19, 2026 Marriott Atlanta Northwest 200 Interstate North Parkway Atlanta, GA

The Georgia Association of Fire Safety Equipment Dealers offers one of the most comprehensive fire equipment trade shows in the Southeast. All registered fire equipment dealers from throughout the State of Georgia and around the country are invited to attend the GAFSED Annual Conference and Trade Show.

We will be playing off the Geo-caching craze! You will have face time with plenty of opportunities for you to promote your products and socialize with potential and existing customers. We kick off Tuesday morning with breakfast and the Industrial & Engineering training class; then Tuesday evening we will have an Invitation Only Dinner & Industry Discussion (Vendor Rep x 2 are included) located TBD; attendees will include Vendors, Speakers, GAFSED Board members & Industry Owners, we hope you are able to make it! The exhibit hall opens Wednesday & Thursday from 7:00 am - 2:00 pm. Wednesday evening we will have dinner & Axe Throwing competition! We hope you will consider participating and check out the sponsor opportunities!

An Exhibit Space Agreement is enclosed for your review. Sponsorship and door prize contribution opportunities are also included in the packet.

TERMS OF EXHIBIT AGREEMENT

 

AGREEMENT
The following terms shall become binding upon acceptance of this agreement between the GAFSED ASSOCIATE MEMBER and his/her employees and the Georgia Association of Fire Safety Equipment Dealers, Inc. (GAFSED), the meeting and exhibit host.

SETUP
Tuesday March 17, 2026 3:00pm – 5:00pm.
BREAKDOWN
Thursday March 19, 2026 after 1:00 pm

SHOW TIMES
Wednesday - Thursday 7:00am – 8:00am (optional) 11:00am – 1:00pm / attendees will also be in the Exhibitor area for welcome reception and are encouraged to stop by during registration hour.

PUBLIC POLICY
Exhibitors are charged with knowledge of all ordinances and regulations pertaining to taxes, health prevention, customs and public safety while participating in this event. Compliance with such laws is mandatory for exhibitors and the responsibility of the exhibitor.

USE OF EXHIBIT SPACE
Exhibitors shall reflect their company’s highest standards of professionalism while maintaining exhibit space during exhibit hall hours. No exhibitor shall assign, sublet or share the space without the written permission of GAFSED.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Exhibitors are liable for any damage caused to building, floors, walls, columns, or to standard exhibit equipment or to other exhibitor’s property. Exhibitors must not apply paint, lacquer, adhesive or any other coating to building, columns, floors, or to standard exhibit equipment.

FOOD SERVICE
GAFSED reserves the right to provide food and beverage service in the exhibit hall.

CANCELLATION
No cancellation shall be acknowledged unless received by GAFSED in writing. Should an exhibitor wish to cancel 30 days before the set-up date, a 50% refund will be made by GAFSED; no refunds will be made for cancellations with less than 30 days’ notice.

FIRE AND SAFETY REGULATIONS
All local regulations will be strictly enforced and the exhibitor assumes all responsibility for compliance with such regulations. Fire hose cabinets, fire extinguishers and fire exits must be left accessible and in full view at all times. All disposable materials and decorations must be flameproof and subject to inspections.

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
Hotel management and GAFSED will take all reasonable precautions to avoid the loss of exhibitor’s property by theft or fire, but under no circumstances shall the hotel management or GAFSED be responsible for such losses, and it is recommended that exhibitors cover their property with suitable insurance.

ELIGIBLE EXHIBITS
GAFSED reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any company or products for inclusion in the meeting and reserves the right to reject, evict or prohibit any exhibit in whole or in part, or any exhibitor, or his representatives, with or without giving cause.

NOISY AND OBNOXIOUS EQUIPMENT
The operation of whistles or any objectionable device will not be allowed. After the exhibit hall opens, noisy and unsightly work will not be permitted.

We understand that this agreement becomes a contract when signed by us and accepted by GAFSED. We agree to abide by the conditions stated in this agreement.
