Fire Safety Inspection Standards
1. Company must provide proof of licensure to operate in Pennsylvania (if applicable)
2. Certificate of general liability and professional Liability Insurance
3. Proof that employees are covered by Pennsylvania Workers Compensation (verified through Dept of Labor & Industry)
4. Must prioritize safety and ensure a safe work environment – OSHA approved best practices.
5. Companies performing the services must comply with standards of the NFPA, International Fire Code, and International Property Maintenance Codes.
6. Inspection/testing reports for fire safety systems must be uploaded to the Brycer Complaint Engine within 10 business days of completion of work.
· Automatic fire alarm testing
· Sprinkler system testing & Inspections
· Fire hood suppression testing & inspections
· Emergency generator testing
· Hood & duct inspections and cleaning
7. Inferior workmanship or fraudulent practices will result in revocation of Certificate of Fitness.
