Before you select a tier or submit any payment, you must read and agree to the following legally binding terms.
This page exists to ensure there is no misunderstanding about what this investment is, what it is NOT, and what is required of you.
Submission of any payment = full acceptance of all terms listed below.
1. PAYMENT DEADLINES — NON-NEGOTIABLE
Initial Installment Due No later then :
December 1, 2025
Full Payment Due:
January 10, 2026
Your investment is NOT active until your full balance is paid AND your payment has cleared.
There are no extensions, no grace periods, and no exceptions.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT POLICY (READ CAREFULLY)
All payments submitted toward any investment tier are 100% non-refundable, including:
- Partial payments
- Full payments
- Overpayments
- Missed deadlines
- Tier reassignments
- Voluntary withdrawal
- Change of mind
- Inability to complete payments
- Misunderstanding of terms
- Misinterpretation of benefits
Once funds are submitted, they become part of the company’s operating capital and cannot be returned.
No refunds. No credits. No reversals. No exceptions.
3. OVERPAYMENT POLICY (NO REFUNDS)
If you submit more than the tier you ultimately qualify for after adjustment,
no portion of the overpayment will be refunded.
All funds — including overages — are immediately allocated toward:
- Magazine production
- Printing
- Distribution
- Staffing
- Marketing
- Multi-state expansion
- Operations & circulation costs
Funds are not held, reserved, or eligible for return.
4. NO ROLLOVERS, NO TRANSFERS, NO FUTURE CREDIT
Payments do NOT:
- Roll into future investment rounds
- Apply to different tiers
- Transfer to other products
- Apply as credit
- Secure future placement
All payments belong to the current investment cycle only.
5. INVESTMENT TIERS — WHAT THEY INCLUDE
Micro-Investor ($25–$100)
Support-only. Recognition optional.
No equity. No profit share. No voting rights.
Donor Tiers ($250–$750)
Support + recognition.
No equity. No profit share. No voting rights.
Silent Investor ($1,000–$10,000)
Profit share only.
No equity. No voting rights.
Quarterly profit updates.
Active Partner ($3,500–$50,000)
Equity + quarterly profit share + voting rights.
Annual K-1 tax documents.
Access to partner strategy meetings.
All tiers are subject to payment verification and deadline compliance.
6. AUTOMATIC TIER ADJUSTMENT POLICY
If you fail to complete your full payment by January 10, 2026,
your tier WILL be lowered to the highest tier your total paid amount qualifies for.
Example:
Selecting $10,000 but paying only $3,500 = reassigned to the $3,500 tier.
You do NOT receive the benefits of any tier you did not fully fund.
Unpaid balances are forfeited and remain non-refundable.
7. INVESTMENT TERM — ONE FULL YEAR
Your investment term lasts for one full year from the date your signed investor contract is executed.
During this year you receive:
- Profit share (if applicable)
- Equity benefits (Active Partner tier)
- Voting rights (Active Partner tier)
- Quarterly financial updates
- Access to annual reporting
After the 12-month term ends, your contract expires.
If you want to reinvest, you must voluntarily join a future round and sign a new agreement.
There are no automatic renewals and no recurring charges.
8. CONTRACT DELIVERY & ACTIVATION
Your investor contract will be emailed to you within 24–48 hours after your FIRST payment has cleared.
Your investment is NOT active until:
- Your payment has cleared
- You have signed your investor contract
- The contract has been executed by the company
If payment does not clear, no contract will be issued.
9. FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF ALL TERMS
By proceeding to the next page, you confirm and legally agree that:
- You have read and fully understand ALL terms
- All payments are non-refundable
- Overpayments are not refunded
- You accept the payment deadlines
- You accept automatic tier reassignment
- You acknowledge unpaid balances are forfeited
- You understand this is a ONE-TIME investment
- You understand the investment term is one full year
- You understand no future contracts are issued unless you reinvest
- You understand funds are allocated immediately to magazine operations
- You cannot dispute, reverse, or challenge these terms
- Tier adjustment policy
- No-refund policy
