We’re excited you’re ready to apply for our Preschool, Young Fives, or Kindergarten programs—and Extended Care. To get started, simply complete the form below.

If you’re applying for more than one child, please submit a separate form for each.

The application fee is $60 for class only or $100 if enrolling in Extended Care, with payment due upon submission.

You’ll receive an email confirming your child’s schedule once your application has been processed.

A birth certificate is required for all NEW students to LCS. Please upload a PDF or .jpg file of your child's birth certificate. You may also email us a photo at office@legacycs.org or bring in the original and we can make a copy for you. If your child is currently a student at Legacy Christian, you may skip this step.
