Welcome to CherryGo Senior Errand & Messenger Svcs (“Provider,” “we,” “our,” “us”, "Team Member"). By booking services through our website (CherryGoHelp.com) or app, you (“Client” or “Family Sponsor”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing this website and/or purchasing services from CherryGo Senior Errand & Messenger Svcs LLC (“CherryGo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Scope of Services
Cherrygo Senior Errand & Messenger Svcs provides non-medical errand and support services, including but not limited to:
Grocery shopping and delivery
Prescription pickup (non-medical handling only)
Mail and package drop-off/pick-up
Technology assistance (Basic & simple services)
Companionship check-ins
Pet errands (supply pickup, vet transport of caged pets – no medical handling)
Medical Courier Services including Stat/Rush deliveries
⚠️ We do not provide medical care, administer medications, or transport clients as passengers.
Family Sponsor Clause
Family members, guardians, or other Sponsors may request and pay for services on behalf of the Client. By booking, the Sponsor accepts full financial responsibility for service fees and reimbursements.
Pricing & Payments
Services are billed as flat-fee errands or package plans, as listed on our current price schedule. Hourly rates are NOT prorated. It is a flat hourly rate. Bundles are on a “Per Month” basis and unused hours does not carry over to the next month. The base distance is 20 miles from the origin address with the Florence, Darlington & Hartsville SC servicing area. Any deliveries/errands outside of this area will incurr a mileage over base distance fee of $2 per mile.
Payment is required in advance at the time of booking.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major payment methods including:
Credit/Debit cards (processed securely)
Digital payment platforms where available
Transactions are processed through secure third-party processors supporting Visa and Mastercard.
We do not store full payment details.
Custom pricing and monthly service packages are available upon request.
Prices subject to change.
Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover credit/debit card, Stripe, PayPal, Zelle, Cashapp, cash or bank card. Checks not accepted.
Purchases made on behalf of the Client (e.g., groceries, household goods) are billed separately and must be reimbursed in full upon delivery.
For the safety of CherryGo Team Members, cashless transactions are preferred.
Booking & Payment Terms
All services must be booked through our website or approved channels.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Services/Deliveries CANNOT be scheduled more than 1 year in advance. But really…why would you?
By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
Cancellation Policy & Refund Policy
Bookings canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice of scheduled service are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
If the Provider arrives and the Client is unavailable or refuses service, the full service fee will apply.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a partial or full charge.
Completed services are non-refundable.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
Liability & Insurance
We carries general liability insurance.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g., store closures, pharmacy delays), product outcomes from purchased items, or damages not directly caused by our negligence.
We reserve the right to refuse service of unsafe or inappropriate requests. We will not subject any Team Member to illegal, crimimal or unethical acts. We also reserve the right to refuse service if a CherryGo Team Member feels unsafe and/or threatened. This refusal is at the discretion of the team member given the situation at the time of refusal.
Service Limitations, Safety & Boundaries
CherryGo reserves the right to refuse or cancel services if:
The request involves illegal or unsafe activity
The environment is deemed unsafe for our staff
The request falls outside the scope of our services
We do not handle medication administration beyond pharmacy pickup.
We do not transport Clients as passengers.
Services are provided only in safe and reasonable conditions, this includes safe and passable roadways to the Clients home. If the driveway or road is impassable and poses a hazardous condition for our vehicles and team members, we will not put our vehicles and team members at risk. Services will be cancelled per our Cancellation Policy.
Termination of Services
We may suspend or terminate services for:
Non-payment, repeated cancellations, or unsafe conditions.
Any behavior that poses risk to staff or clients.
The Client/Sponsor may terminate services at any time by providing written notice; any outstanding balances remain due.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Ensure safe access to pickup/drop-off locations
Be available for communication if needed
CherryGo is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
Delivery Terms
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed
Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
Proof of delivery may include photo confirmation or recipient acknowledgment
Liability Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
CherryGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for delays beyond our control
Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service
Website Use
You agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful purposes
Attempt to interfere with website functionality
Submit false or misleading information
Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
