Sweetie Nail Supply is proud to host Canada's first official SOFGEL Certification Course in Toronto, Ontario this Fall 2025 with the founder Carol Ma and her team! This is an amazing learning opportunity for those interested in professional soft gel tip extensions.
This certification is recognized & issued by SOFGEL.
In this one day workshop, you'll have the chance to learn:
- Soft gel theory and an overview on how the entire SOFGEL system works for professional salons
- Manual and e-file preparation methods for a long lasting manicure application
- Live soft gel full coverage tip application techniques demonstrated by an official SOFGEL Educator
- How to do refills with the SOFGEL clear and rubber base gels
- Shaping tips, changing lengths, and removal
By the end of this training, students will receive a participation certificate with SOFGEL. By attending this class, students are also able to receive a Level 1 certification by passing a final assessment outside of the class. The final assessment will be conducted by one of the master educators from the class by submitting photos and/or videos of their work (tip application, shaping, finished set). Once the students have passed the final assessment, SOFGEL will issue an official Level 1 acrylic plaque with the students name engraved on the plaque. Students will pay for the shipping and handling fee and then SOFGEL will mail the students their plaque!
This class is open to all levels, from beginners to professionals. Students will learn how to prep the nails manually and with an e-file.
These sessions will not be recorded.
After registration and payment is received, students will receive an email shortly within a few business days with more information/preparation details about the class.
The attendee is responsible for making personal travel arrangements for the class.
Limited to 20 students (first come first seating).
Students must come with at least one bare hand with no products on the nails. We recommend that students arrive 30 minutes early before the start of the class to set up their stations.
