    Exhibitor fee includes one 6’ skirted table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, one electrical outlet and your company info will be included in the Summer Meeting promotional material, the onsite program, and the registration platform. All exhibitors must place their electrical order at least two weeks in advance. No exhibit shall exceed its designated area. Internet access and other accessories are the responsibility of the exhibitor and can be ordered through The Ritz-Carlton, Naples. Booth prices start at $1,250.

    Golf Tournament - Friday, 9:00AM - 1:00PM

     Saturday - Executive Cabinet & Affiliate Round Table, 2:30PM - 3:30PM

     Saturday - WCDDA Officer Installation, 5:00PM - 5:30PM

    Saturday - Beer & Wine Reception, 5:30PM - 7:00PM

    Exhibitor Dismantle - Sunday, 12:00PM

  • Limited Booth Availability: Due to limited booth availability, the West Coast District Dental Association is able to allow three companies who provide the same product or service to attend this meeting.

  • Coffee Break co-sponsorships available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning: Signage placed at coffee station with logo and mic time for the day selected.

     Friday Morning - Golf Tournament: Company description on the meeting website, signage with logo provided. Offer company swag and participate in the event.

     Saturday - Executive Cabinet & Affiliate Round Table: Leaders come together to exchange ideas and make decisions for the dental association. Sponsor mic time available.

    Saturday - WCDDA Officer Installation: 30 min event prior to Beer & Wine. Officers of the organization are installed into new leadership role. Sponsor mic time available

    Saturday - Beer & Wine Reception : Social event with high attendace. Sponsor mic time available
