QBA BandFest 2026 Registration Form

This form will generate an invoice in order for you to request payment.
Note that each time slot is 25 minutes, which includes getting on the stage, performing two selections, and getting off the stage. Immediately following the performance, bands will be escorted to another room, where they will receive a 20 minute clinic with one of the adjudicators.

*PLEASE NOTE: choosing time frame 1 OR 5 as your first choice will guarantee your participation in the festival but for all other time frames, we will be accepting registrations on a first come, first served basis pending payment. Each group will be given a 25-minute performance time within that time frame.

Payment can be done immediately upon registration using a credit card (option 1 or 2 below) or can be done with a cheque made out to Quebec Band Association and mailed to 4035 rue Joseph, Verdun, H4G 1J5 (option 3 below). Payment in full is due by Friday, January 16, 2026. No refunds will be issued after January 16, 2026.
