If you are auditioning on multiple instruments, you MUST complete this online application for each instrument.

If you are in 9th grade and auditioning for both junior AND senior jazz, you must complete this online application for each instrument AND for each ensemble.

The fee for this audition is $25 per application. THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL FEE TO PAY USING A CREDIT CARD.
