  • RULES:

    ·        You are responsible for cleaning your booth space and leaving the facilities as you found them.  Failure to comply will result in not being allowed to return to our activities.  Unless you specifically request otherwise, you will be expected to remain at our event until we close for the day.  If a problem arises, please find a volunteer and let us know.

    ·        Event vendors shall conduct themselves at all times in an acceptable manner.  If vendor fails to conduct themselves in an acceptable manner, as deemed appropriate by Event Staff or Whistleville Christian Church Leadership, then the vendor will forfeit all monies paid and be removed from the remainder of the event.

    ·        If electricity is needed, you are required to bring your own power cord.  If you pay for electricity and fail to bring your own cord, there is no guarantee that a cord will be available.  If not, there are no refunds.

    ·        Sandbags work best to hold down tents or canopies.  You are required to provide your own sandbags and tents or canopies if desired.

    ·        Set up will begin as early as 7:30 am with no vehicles being allowed in the vendor areas after 9:00 am.  Tear down will begin immediately after close of event.

    ·        This is an outdoor event on a grass field.

    ·        Restrooms are located inside the building.  There will be signs.

    ·        In case of rain during the event, we will see if the rain lets up before deciding to close.  In case of rain or other inclement weather conditions which stop the event from taking place, I will make a Facebook post on the event page and do my best to contact each person.  You may get an automated call as well.
