LOCAL CAMPAIGN
This option is for participants organizing a physical event in Munich during MJW and includes a street sign and a feature on the digital MJW Map.
Website
- Your event will be listed in the official programme, featured on the front page, and presented with texts and images.
- It will receive a pin on the digital MJW Map.
- You will have a shareable event page with additional images, texts, links, and a Google Maps hotlink for directions and navigation on mobile devices.
Street Signs
- Each participating event will receive an official MJW street sign
- Numbering will be optional — participants can choose to leave it blank or apply a number using provided stickers
Environmental Considerations
MJW will no longer print a physical map. Instead, the focus will be on improving the digital map and website for better accuracy and flexibility.
To maintain MJW’s visual presence in the city, street signs, posters, and other branded materials will still be produced.
Total cost of administration and production: €335 (excl. VAT)

This printed platform welcomes artists, curators, collectives, academies and cultural institutions worldwide, inviting participants to treat the Paper as a creative exhibition site.
Tell the stories behind your work in any format that fits your vision – stage an exhibition environment, create editorial-style images, render digital jewels, write fictional narratives, or experiment with text and visuals.

Advertorials

DIGITAL CAMPAIGN
The Digital Campaign focuses on expanding participants’ visibility through MJW’s social media platforms, reaching an international audience of jewellery enthusiasts, professionals, and collectors.
It is ideal for those who cannot be present in Munich but would like to share their work digitally — as well as for participants with a physical exhibition who wish to give their event additional exposure in the digital dimension.
The Digital Campaign includes:
- A promotional post and story on the official @munichjewelleryweek Instagram feed
- Including up to 20 images and/or videos
- Professional presentation designed to showcase your project, event, or collection
- Broad international reach through MJW’s global audience
This option allows you to maintain a strong digital presence, engage with MJW’s international community, and extend the visibility of your work beyond Munich.
