Cancellation Policy
The program may be cancelled prior to the start date. In the event of a program cancellation, The Institute of Internal Auditors-San Jose Chapter will communicate the cancellation to all registered participants via email notification.
Refund Policy
Attendees can cancel their registration and receive a refund if they submit their refund request at least 7 days prior to the event through the payment platform. However, no refunds will be granted if attendees are unable to attend the webinar for any reason or if they cancel after the webinar has commenced.
