You are invited to join us for our first ever Region 9 Rally at a luxurious resort--the Camp Margaritaville RV Resort at Crystal Beach! Alongside the rally programming, the resort offers a dog park, full gym, laundry, heated pool with a swim-up bar, miles of beachfront to explore, and entertainment. And if four nights isn't enough, the resort has generously extended our rally rate ($55 night) for early arrivals (up to three nights) and after-rally stayovers (up to four nights). You will need to call the resort directly to reserve these extra nights at 409-515-1970. Please wait one week after your registration before reserving as the rally team has to first provide the resort with attendee information. The daily resort fee for shoulder stays and the rally has been waived. Your registration will include:

1) Four nights parking (check-in Wednesday after 1:00 PM and check-out Sunday before 11 AM),

2) Breakfast and coffee Thursday through Saturday,

3) Cheeseburger in Paradise Welcome Dinner/Party on Wednesday evening,

4) Shrimp Boil on Friday evening,

5) Catered Dinner on Saturday night,

6) Entertainment and Presentations,

7) Planned excursions and tours will be available by separate registration,

8) Golf carts available for rental from the resort at the discounted rate of $100 per day--these must be rented directly from the resort by phone in order to receive the discount (409-515-1970), and

9) "Pay as you go bar" at the rate of $5 per alcoholic beverage --this is a "cashless" resort so bring your favorite debit/credit card.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received before January 25, 2026 will incur a $25 service fee. Cancellations received between January 25 and February 24 will receive a 50% refund less a $25 Service Fee. No refunds after February 24.
