    2026 Membership Application

  • Renewing Full Members Only: Membership dues must be paid in full by 2/28/2026 to avoid a $75.00 late renewal penalty. Only those Members paid in full by the November membership meeting will be permitted to run for office and/or vote in the Election of Officers for the following year. Returning members are responsible for ALL fundraisers, meetings, and work details prior to formally renewing their membership in a calendar year.

  • Mandatory Club Fundraising

    Club Lottery Tickets - Each family shall receive a predetermined number of lottery tickets to sell three times per year. Cash winnings will be distributed to the winning lottery ticket numbers! Any unsold tickets must be purchased by the Member.

    -> Sell Tickets for April, July, and November

    -> Lotto Lotto Buyout ($300) Must decide by February 28th

    Banquet Donation - We ask that each family donate for our Annual Banquet Basket Raffle ($ or basket)

  • Mandatory Work Detail

    • Track Clean Up/Prep Days - Each Spring we have 2 Track Clean Up/Prep Days - Each family must attend at least one of these days

    • 'Weekly Work Detail' - Each Family will sign up for one 'Weekly Work Detail' for the season. During your week, you will help with Track Prep and Trash on Tuesday Evening before the race, and with Open & Close duties on Race Day

    • Snack Shack Shift - Each family will sign up for one night during the season to help out in the snack shack!

  • Race Day Committees

    Each family is responsible for being on a Race Day Committee. A Race Day Committee Head will be appointed by the President. Race Day Committee Heads will be responsible for organizing their committee, creating a schedule, and providing it to the members of the committee and the Club Secretary. Committee Heads must notify the Club Secretary if a member does not complete their duties or fails to find a replacement.

    Race Director - Help elected Race Director as needed

    Flagger - Flag warm-ups (5:45 pm) and sometimes races (when head flagger is unavailable)

    Pit Steward/Raceceiver - In charge of the staging lanes. Coordinates with the Race Director to send cars out on the track. Checks safety items (brakes, belts, helmet, steering, and arm restraints) and makes sure cars and drivers are ready to race. Raceceiver will check that drivers can hear the radio, then advise drivers when there is a red or yellow caution, and help drivers get in order on a restart.

    Tower - Help score, distribute line-ups and/or race results, and any other tower responsibilities.

    Trophies - Hand out trophies to top 3 feature finishers.

    Wristbands - Handler Wristbands & Driver Wristbands - Assist with sign ins - 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm

    Track Crew - Manage the track and equipment to help create an ideal racing surface each week

    Safety/Tech - Inspect cars at the beginning of the season, help with safety inspections throughout the year, scale cars after races, help tech cars post-race.

    Rookie Training - Help Rookie Director with Rookie School - spring rookie training and on race days

    Snack Shack - Help run the Snack Shack - cooking, serving, register, inventory, etc.

    Live Stream - Help set up and run our video streaming equipment

    50/50 - Sell 50/50 tickets throughout the night - typically around 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm

    T-Shirt Shed - Help sell apparel! Race Day Committee Choice

        • As a full member of MCQMRC, I will attend work details, perform committee duties, and complete other scheduled jobs for the dates I am assigned. I am responsible to perform my duties as required; if I am not able to work on the dates assigned, I am responsible for finding a member to fulfill my duties. Failure to do so will place me and my family as ‘members in bad standing’ and possible suspension and/or fined. I will participate in the mandatory club fundraisers. I will abide by all club and USAC (Nascar Youth Series) rules and regulations.
