  • Income Limits

Common Ground's income limits are 80%-120% of the Area Median Income Limits for Greater Wenatchee as determined by HUD annually adjusted by family size, depending on the specific project. Your income limit is determined by the answer to the question asking for the total household size. Our commitment is to make sure that no homebuyer will spend more than 35% of their gross monthly household income on housing costs with a goal of that being 30%. Those costs include Principal, Interest, Taxes, Insurance, Lease Fees, & HOA Fees.
