2026 National Youth Leadership Training

June 7-13, 2026 Camp Laramie Peak
IMPORTANT PARTICIPANT INFORMATION:
- Must be a registered member of a Scouting unit
- Must have a current Scouting America Annual Health and Medical Record form parts A, B, and C
- Scouts BSA members must be 13 years of age and fall within the maximum age allowance for their program registration. They must be ranked a First Class Scout or higher and have completed Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops.
- Venturers and Sea Scouts must be at least 14, or 13 and have completed eighth grade, and fall within the maximum age allowance for their program. They must have completed Introduction to Leadership Skills for Crews or Ships.
- Participants will need a full official field uniform (shirt, pants, belt, socks)
- It is recommended that participants have had at least one year of camping experience. While NYLT is not an outdoor skills course, it is important that each participant have basic camping and outdoor cooking experience.
- Attend one of the two MANDATORY, Virtual Orientation Meeting with your parent or guardian (more info will be provided).
- Limited Scholarships available. Please complete a campership application and send to the Greeley office.
- A $50 non-refundable deposit must accompany the participants application to complete registration. Full tuition must be paid in full by May 31st, 2026. Total cost is $350.
- Payments may be made online by credit card, google pay or apple pay. Payments may also be made by mailing payment to 2215 23rd Avenue, Greeley, CO 80634. Please include participant name with payment. Units that would like to pay using their Unit Account, please contact Jeanene in the Greeley office.

Submitting this form and paying your deposit secures your spot for the 2026 National Youth Leadership Training at Camp Laramie Peak in Wheatland, Wyoming, pending final approval by your unit leader. The deposit is non-refundable, and full payment is required by the specified deadlines. In the unlikely event that a Scout is not approved to attend by our Council, all fees paid, including the deposit will be refunded. All other refunds subject to the Council refund policy.
