Parent On Duty (POD) Preference

NOTE: One POD shift is required for each child enrolled in the Overnight and ExplorAsian Programs. If you cannot serve as a POD, please select "I am paying the POD waiver fee" below. The POD waiver fee is $300 PER CHILD, meaning that for each camper attending camp, you should apply the POD waiver fee if applicable. Then, when you checkout, add the POD waiver product to your cart. Any POD waiver payments made after July 15, 2026 will be charged an extra $50 fee. For all other programs, we encourage parents to help out.

Roommate Request

If no roommate name is indicated, a roommate of the same gender and age category will be assigned. Roommate request will only be considered if both campers request each other. Ask your friend to put your name as their roommate request. Group request for Overnight Campers will NOT be accepted.
