By signing this agreement, the vendor acknowledges and agrees that they are participating in the Black Friday Shopping Festival on November 28-30, 2025, organized by Montgomery County Market Days in New Caney, Texas, and agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the organizers, including but not limited to arriving at the designated setup time and departing only after the official close of the festival as indicated in their invoicing, maintaining a clean and safe booth area, complying with all local health and safety regulations, ensuring that all products offered for sale are safe for public consumption, properly labeled, and clearly disclosing any ingredients that may cause food allergies or sensitivities, taking full responsibility for the safety of their own products, booth, employees, agents, and customers, conducting themselves with a positive and professional attitude at all times while on festival grounds, refraining from badmouthing or undermining Montgomery County Market Days or its organizers, staff, or volunteers, not recruiting or soliciting vendors, customers, or attendees for other markets if directly involved in organizing those other markets, respecting the property of other vendors and the festival by not entering unattended booths before, during, or after market hours, understanding and agreeing that Montgomery County Market Days, its organizers, volunteers, and sponsors shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any loss, theft, damage, injury, illness, allergic reaction, or other adverse event that may occur to the vendor, their employees, agents, or customers, and that the vendor assumes full and complete responsibility for any and all consequences arising from participation in the festival, agreeing that the vendor shall carry all necessary insurance for their operations if applicable, understanding that fees paid for booth space are non-refundable, and acknowledging that signing this agreement signifies that the vendor fully understands, accepts, and assumes all risks and liabilities associated with their participation in the Pickle Festival, releasing Montgomery County Market Days and its organizers, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action of any kind.
weights / set up & break down / smoking / conduct / children

All tents must have 35 pounds of weight for each tent leg, you will be asked to take down your tent without the required weights. Set up Wednesday 4 pm-7 pm. Friday morning beginning at 7 am to be completed by 9 am. Late arrival will result in booth placement penalty (less visible part of the market so shoppers aren’t disturbed while you set up) All vendor booths are required to be manned and open until the shopping festival closes at 4 pm, if you are still busy you may stay open to serve your customers Please be mindful of your vendor neighbor and not disrupt their business activities, loud music, foul language, smoking / vaping of any nature or substance is not permitted in the market area, please step to the fence far away and down wind of the market area. children are always welcome but must be accompanied by an adult when not in your booth and not allowed to run around the market. we are a place of business and should be treated as so.
