I understand that the cost for the BASIS Medical Center Boosters membership is $25 for the school year. This membership must be renewed at the start of each school year.Membership is open to teachers, staff, and administrators who wish to support and participate in Booster activities. As a school employee, I understand that I may not serve on the Booster Board in accordance with UIL regulations.All membership payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
