- The fee for the test is non-refundable unless the DNA test is cancelled by RTS or cancelled by an official party within 72 hours of the date of the test. Full payment is due the day of the test. A link will be sent to you via email if we have not received payment. After 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment, you are considered a no show and will have to reschedule.
- Prior to a collector being sent out, you will be responsible for the mileage fee. You have a 2 hour window before your appointment to pay the mileage fee. Mileage fees are 67 cents a mile after 10 miles and is calculated from our headquarters address at: 2345 Ashland Ave Cicinnati, Ohio 45206
- NO CASH is accepted
-DNA results are sent via email and by postal mail within 5 days of testing.
