Town Businesses must have a current Occoquan Business License and be in good standing with the Town government.
Businesses must submit their intent to participate at least one month prior to the festival dates to receive a space in front of their business. RiverFest & Craft Show application deadline is May 15, 2025. No spaces will be guaranteed after this date.
Payment for booth space(s) is due one week prior to the show.
I agree to be responsible for the collection and payment of Virginia State Sales Tax. I also understand that while booth vendors may cancel at any time, there are no refunds once the application has been approved and processed, unless the Town of Occoquan cancels this event for health or safety reasons.
