Acknowledgement of Event Policies*

Town Businesses must have a current Occoquan Business License and be in good standing with the Town government.To receive the discounted Town Rate of $150 and to ensure the booth in front of your business, payment must be made no later than April 15. No spaces will be guaranteed after this date.Shared booths are permitted for Town businesses that wish to collaborate. A maximum of two (2) businesses may share a 10' x 10' booth. Please list the names of all participating businesses in the “Comments” section above.By securing a booth space for the event, I understand that the space must be actively staffed at all times and may not be left unattended. At a minimum, I will display a sampling of our products and encourage guests to visit my store for purchases, or I will create an attractive, engaging display that complements the overall flow and energy of the event and invites guests into my shop.I agree to be responsible for the collection and payment of Virginia State Sales Tax. I also understand that while booth vendors may cancel at any time, there are no refunds once the application has been approved and processed, unless the Town of Occoquan cancels this event for health or safety reasons.
