Registration Deadline
- The deadline for registration is April 15.
- Any registrations submitted after this date will incur a $50 late fee per convention participant.
Cancellations & Refunds
- A 20% handling fee will be charged for all cancellations of convention and PASC fees made before June 1.
- A 100% refund is available for Banquet & Competition Tickets, Super Savers, and Programs if cancelled before June 1.
- No refunds will be issued after June 1.
- All refund requests must be submitted by the member teacher.

In consideration of being accepted as a participant of the Dance Masters of America Convention, I do hereby release the Dance Masters of America, Inc., the Officers of the Organization, Directors, and Assistants of the National Convention, and Foxwoods Resort Casino, from any and all claims for damages or injuries, which the participant may sustain during any activity connected with this National Convention. I have also read the Official Rules and Regulations of Dance Masters of America and do hereby agree to comply with said rules and regulations now in effect or as announced thereafter. By signing below, I give my permission as the Teacher / Approved Chaperone for my students to be photographed and/or recorded during the National Convention. It is my understanding that these photographs and recordings will be used solely for Dance Masters of America, Inc. at their discretion and in a manner befitting the high standard of the association.
