Expedited Credit Repair Service Agreement
At Legacy Credit Solutions, we stand behind the effectiveness of our Expedited Credit Repair Service. We are committed to providing each client with a comprehensive forensic credit analysis, personalized consultation, and prompt initiation of dispute actions to improve their credit profile.
By booking your consultation and submitting payment for the $499 Expedited Credit Repair Special you are consenting to being a client of Legacy Credit Solutions, as such the client agrees to the following:
Service Description
This purchase includes:
• A Forensic Credit Analysis of the client’s credit report(s).
• A Consultation with a Legacy Credit Solutions credit repair professional.
• Enrollment in the Expedited Credit Repair Service designed to begin the dispute and correction process promptly.
Payment & Refunds
Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
Refund Guarantee
If no measurable improvement to your credit profile is achieved within 90 days of beginning the service, you will be entitled to a full refund of your service fee.
“Measurable improvement” is defined as at least one of the following:
• Removal, correction, or update of an inaccurate, unverifiable, or incomplete negative item on your credit report.
• An increase in at least one of your credit bureau scores.
Conditions for Refund Eligibility
To qualify for the refund, the client must:
- Complete all onboarding steps, including the intake form, document submission, and portal activation.
- Provide accurate and complete personal and credit-related information.
- Respond promptly to all requests for information or documentation from Legacy Credit Solutions.
- Maintain active credit monitoring (i.e Identity IQ, MyScoreIQ, Experian etc..) to allow us to track updates and progress.
Exclusions
- Refunds will not be issued if the client fails to complete the onboarding steps, withholds required documentation, or provides false/misleading information.
- Refunds are not available for improvements delayed due to creditor or bureau response times beyond our control, provided dispute actions were filed in a timely manner.
- Clients who voluntarily cancel or withdraw from the service before the 90-day period ends are not eligible for a refund.
How Refunds Are Processed
If you qualify for a refund, the full $499 service fee will be credited back to your original form of payment within 7–10 business days.

By completing this purchase and signing below, you the client acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these terms.
