Ordering & Delivery Timelines:

• Reserved turkey, sides, pies & cornucopias will be scheduled to arrive the week of November 18 (reschedule as you prefer; items will appear in your account the week of November 4th)
  
  
• Fresh herbs will be scheduled for Thanksgiving week; 11/24-11/26 (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday deliveries) - Again reschedule as you prefer
  
  
• All turkey delivering the week of Thanksgiving will be pre-thawed, the rest will deliver frozen

You'll be able to add additional items to your Thanksgiving delivery later on, for now we're just focusing on turkey & items that require reservations.

New This Year - Support A Family In Need

TC Feeds Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization formed by TC Farm farmers and members to serve local families facing food insecurity.

This year with the significant cuts to national hunger relief funding, we have seen a huge increase in need of school aged children. Thankfully we won a significant local grant that allowed us to raise a special flock of chicken, thousands of dozens of eggs and other great food to be delivered to dozens of families in the area.

This one-time funding ends in a few weeks and we are hoping to continue these deliveries into the New Year.  

Please consider donating below to provide part (or all!) of a Thanksgiving meal to families in need.  

We would also be so grateful if you'd also subscribe to donate on a regular basis.  Our goal is to at least $1,000 per week so that we can continue serving the existing families after the grant funding runs out.

*Prices for turkey and sides include the 15% pre-reserve discount. You'll be prompted to pay a $49 reservation deposit which will be applied to your Thanksviging order. 

Important Delivery Information:

Delivery for the Pantry Share and/or Thanksgiving items is $9.99 + processing.

However, if you'd like to become a St. Croix Valley member, you'll receive a discounted delivery fee of just $4.99 for all your orders.

The St. Croix Valley Pantry share includes seasonal produce like winter squashes, pumpkins, cabbage, kohlrabi, carrots, and potatoes. There will also be a bakery item included.

Reservations for the pantry share or the cornucopia from Farmer Megan are a commitment to receive the items and pay for it with your delivery the week before Thanksgiving. The other items on this page can be adjusted or re-scheduled as you see fit.

The pantry share is perfect for the holiday and arrives the week before Thanksgiving with the other items you select below. 

This year we have all hens for our classic pasture-raised & organic fed TC Farm whole and cutup turkey. Hens take much longer to grow, have a more delicate texture and better flavor than anything you'll find in the grocery store. 

We also have a very limited number of heritage bourbon reds (also hens) - these will be smaller birds, but packed full of flavor and moist like nothing else you've ever had! 

Finally we are also taking reservations for our friends at Ferndale turkey, which is typically raised outside, but is not fed an organic feed like TC Farm birds. 
All turkey items are raw and will need to be cooked.

New this year - Enjoy the very best pre-brined turkey ready to roast after resting in a bath of organic fresh herbs, carrot, celery, onion, garlic and sea salt.
