By participating in this walk event, I understand and agree that I am doing so voluntarily and at my own risk. I acknowledge that walking in public spaces carries potential risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, accidents, or property loss. I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless the event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or liability, including for negligence, arising out of or related to our participation in this event. I agree not to initiate or pursue any legal action against the organizers for any reason related to my participation. I confirm that I am physically able to participate and that I will take full responsibility for my own safety and well-being during the event. I understand that all registration fees are non-refundable. This includes cancellations due to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or weather conditions.
