Cancellation Policy for LYNX Level 2 Training:

There will be no penalty if cancellation occurs 14 or more days prior to class. 50% of class fee will be charged if cancellation occurs between 7-13 days prior to class. 100% of class fee will be charged if cancellation occurs 6 days prior to class or attendee fails to attend ("No-Shows"). Forfeited of Pre-Paid Class Tuition if cancellation occurs 6 days prior to class or attendee "No-Shows". Late cancellations and "no-shows" cause fewer individuals to be trained-and is the reason for the cancellation penalty. Final decision on cancellation is at the discretion of the NSN Training Manager.
