This is a JURIED SHOW. We limit vendors per category but in some cases only one spot is available. This all depends on the genre of your business. (For narrow niche businesses, we may only accept one vendor. This is at the discretion of the jury) The purpose of this rule is to avoid saturation in any given category, helping to ensure that all of our vendors have a successful show. All food trucks and speciality food vendors will provide STFU certificate to the fairgrounds at the start of the event. Note: As Lavender Lemonade is a proprietary product of the Michigan Lavender Festival, ALL vendors shall refrein from selling ANY variety is Lemonade, including Lavender Lemonade or variation of such.

Spaces are available on a first-come, first served basis and vendors will be notified by email of their acceptance after applying. If the Jury has already selected artists in your category or the category is closed, a full refund will be issued. After application and acceptance, no refunds will be issued, but a credit for the next Annual Lavender Festival would be available. In the event of an unforeseen shutdown, your participation will carry over to the next annual Lavender Festival, and all vendors, sponsors and ticket holders will have the option to attend the rescheduled event. This is a RAIN or SHINE fgestival. No Cash Refunds
