Shipping costs are NOT included in the pre-order pricing. 

• After the decks are printed and received by me, you will have the option to choose either:
  • In-person pick-up (I anticipate there will be several date/location options in the Denver Metro area for in-person pick-up).
  • To have the deck shipped to you.
• If you choose to have the deck shipped to you, you will be billed for shipping costs. All shipping costs must be paid prior to the deck being mailed to you.
• No international shipping.  At this time, the deck can only be shipped to addresses in the USA.

• Non-refundable pre-order. Please read the description of the deck carefully before deciding to pre-order Witch's Window Oracle. All pre-orders are non-refundable.
• All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued if you decide you have changed your mind prior to deck pick-up/shipping or you do not resonate with the deck after you receive it.
• This is a pre-order campaign and the delivery date is not guaranteed. Approximate delivery date is between March and June, 2026. The delivery date provided is a good faith approximation of when decks will be delivered and is therefore not guaranteed.  You will receive email updates about the expected delivery date as information becomes available.
• Unanticipated cancelation of the project. If, for any reason, the deck does not end up getting printed, you will receive a full refund.
• Manufacturing defects in received decks. If any of the cards bear manufacturing defects, write to oracle@shaktiwitch.com with a clear, comprehensive description of the issue and attach photographic evidence of the defects. If it is determined that it is indeed a manufacturing defect, I will promptly mail you a replacement for any defective cards. Claims of manufacturing defects must be received within 30 days after the date of delivery of the deck.  Minor manufacturing issues that do NOT impact the ability to read with the cards (such as minor misalignment of borders, minor misalignment of captions, fall-out of gilded edges, and/or minor dents, scratches, or scuffs on the box) will not be replaced.  Defects that impact your ability to read with the cards (such as major defects on a card back, printing smudges, printing errors, or text that has been cut off) will be replaced.
• Missing cards.  If your deck is missing cards, write to oracle@shaktiwitch.com noting which card(s) is/are missing and I will promptly mail you a replacement for any missing cards.  Claims of missing cards must be received within 30 days after the date of delivery of the deck.
