By purchasing a ticket or making a booking for the Birch Foundation Christmas Charity Dinner, you agree to the following:

1. Event Details

• The event will be held on Friday 12 December 2025 at Mr. P.P’s Deli & Rooftop, 43 Nerang Street, Southport QLD.
• Birch Foundation reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the program or seating arrangements if required.

2. Ticket Transfers

• Tickets are transferable. Please notify Birch Foundation at help@birchfoundation.org.au at least 48 hours before the event with the new guest’s details.

3. Refund Policy

• 50% refund available for cancellations made 7 days or more before the event.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days or for non-attendance.
• Birch Foundation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event if unforeseen circumstances arise; refunds or credits may be offered at the organiser’s discretion.

4. Force Majeure / COVID Clause

• If government restrictions, public health orders, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond the organiser’s control (including COVID-19 or other pandemics) prevent the event from proceeding, Birch Foundation may reschedule, move online, or offer refunds/credits at its discretion.
• Birch Foundation and the venue shall not be held liable for any loss, expense, or inconvenience caused by such changes.

5. Donations

• All additional donations are non-refundable and go directly towards helping individuals and families experiencing hardship.

6. Liability

• Attendees participate at their own risk. Birch Foundation and the venue accept no responsibility for injury, illness, or loss of property during the event.
