We're excited to have you join our program!

Our Pre-K/K program aims to introduce wrestling to our youngest athletes, prioritizing fun and growing interest in the sport. Sessions will include basic instruction with a lot of games and tumbling.

Sessions will be held on Wednesdays at the South Park High School Wrestling Room from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Sessions run from December through February.  Sessions may be canceled due to holidays.

Agreements

By submitting your registration, you agree:

FIRST: CERTIFICATE OF GOOD HEALTH - The registrant(s) do accept the responsibility for the Student’s physical examination. It is hereby CERTIFIED that the student has no known physical condition, that could be affected by participating in the above activity, and that the Student is in good health at present.

SECOND: RELEASE IN FULL - The registrant(s) releases SOUTH PARK SCHOOL DISTRICT and SOUTH PARK WRESTLING and all of the members of its Board of School Directors and Administration, Teachers, Instructors, and Coaches from all claims, and all consequential damages on account of, or in any way arising out of, ALL PERSONAL INJURIES AND/OR DEATH which may result from Student’s participation in the activity program aforesaid.

THIRD: ASSUMPTION OF RISK - The registrant(s) acknowledges and is aware that the activity may require intense bodily contact and/or any unusual traumatic events, any of which are capable of causing injury and possible death. We do, therefore, assume all risks of INJURY OR DEATH and acknowledge that we have explained said risks to the student and that the student is willing to participate in said activity program regardless of the aforesaid risks.

FOURTH: INDEMNIFICATION - That in the event any claim or suit arises on behalf of or by the student, as a result of his participation in the aforesaid activity program, either before or after his/her attaining the age of 18, we the registrant(s) agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and forever defend the SOUTH PARK SCHOOL DISTRICT and SOUTH PARK WRESTLING and all of the members of its Board of School Directors and Administration, Teachers, Instructors, and Coaches against all claims or suits, expenses, and costs, including attorney fees, comprise settlement payments, etc., arising from my Student’s participation in the aforesaid activity program as a result of personal injuries, death or other types of harm suffered by him/her or us.

FIFTH: CERTIFICATION OF INSURANCE - The registrant(s) certifies that he has health and accident insurance consistent with the previously identified in this registration.

PHOTOGRAPHY - I understand and consent that my child(ren) may be photographed during sessions for marketing purposes. I understand that these photographs may be used on the South Park Wrestling FACEBOOK PAGE AND PUBLISHED IN THE PARK NEWS, PHOTOGRAPHY WEBSITES, AND OTHER MEDIA OUTLETS.

Confirmation BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SUBMITTING THIS FORM, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.
