Full payment is required to secure your Monday Men's Night membership for the 2026 season. Your membership application will not be considered complete until full payment is recieved. You have the option to pay your deposit via Credit Card, E-transfer or in person at the Golf Shop

*If you wish to pay by credit card a $75 service fee will be added to your Deposit payment and also covers the remaining Spring balance if applicable.

Membership Terms & Conditions
The Rise Golf Course LTD – Vernon, BC
Membership Valid Until: November 30, 2026

By purchasing an annual membership with The Rise Golf Course LTD, the member agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Duration & Eligibility
Membership is valid until November 30, 2026.
Membership is available to individuals who agree to abide by all club rules, policies, and procedures.

2. Payment Terms
All annual dues and related fees must be paid in full according to the applicable payment schedule.
Failure to pay dues by the specified deadlines may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges.

3. Non-Transferability
Memberships are non-transferable and may not be reassigned, sold, or shared with another individual under any circumstances.

4. Refund Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Exceptions may be considered only in the case of a verified health-related issue that prevents continued participation. A valid doctor’s note must be submitted, and approval is at the sole discretion of management.

5. Conduct & Behavior
Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times. Management reserves the right to revoke membership privileges without compensation for any behavior deemed unbecoming of a member, including but not limited to harassment, abuse, or violation of club rules.

6. Liability Waiver
Members acknowledge and accept all risks associated with golf and related activities.
The Rise Golf Course LTD is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to personal property occurring on club premises.

7. Privacy & Data Use
Member information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the club’s Privacy Policy. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the member’s consent, except as required by law.

8. Force Majeure
The Rise Golf Course LTD shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

9. Amendments
The Rise Golf Course LTD reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or posted notices at the club.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a membership, the member acknowledges and agrees to all terms, conditions, policies, and procedures outlined above and as may be updated from time to time.
