The Nafees Innovations STEM Workshop offers an engaging, hands-on learning experience that ignites curiosity and strengthens critical thinking in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Bioprocessing. Through interactive experiments and real-world problem- solving challenges, participants explore scientific concepts and bioprocessing techniques in a fun, memorable, and impactful way. Invoice Summary Description Nafees Innovations STEM Workshop Description: Full participation in our hands-on STEM and Bioprocessing workshop, including all materials, experiments, and guidance from our instructors.

As a reminder, payment is due either upon receipt or 7 days prior of service. All credit card or check payments must be received 7 days prior to the workshop. Services will not be rendered without confirmed payment.

Nafees Innovations LLC - Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms: Payment for all programs and workshops is due in full upon receipt of invoice or by the specified due date. Payments must be completed prior to the date of service to secure your registration. Failure to complete payment on time may result in forfeiture of your registration or a delay in workshop participation. Late payments may also be subject to additional fees or rescheduling at the discretion of Nafees Innovations LLC.

1. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 3 days of the program start date.

2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days of the program start, including participants who do not attend ("no-shows" 3. In exceptional circumstances, such as verified medical emergencies or other unforeseen events, Nafees Innovations LLC may, at its discretion, offer a credit toward a future program. Documentation may be required.

Participants may reschedule up to 7 days prior to the program start date without incurring additional fees. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days in advance may be subject to review and a rescheduling fee at the discretion of Nafees Innovations LLC.

All participants will be provided with appropriate safety equipment, including lab coats, gloves, and safety goggles. Participants are required to adhere strictly to all lab safety rules and instructions provided by Nafees Innovations staff. Nafees Innovations LLC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or incidents resulting from noncompliance with safety rules.

Nafees Innovations LLC is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, or other emergencies. In such cases, programs may be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of Nafees Innovations LLC.

All workshop materials, including educational content, curriculum, and proprietary methods, remain the exclusive property of Nafees Innovations LLC. Materials are intended solely for educational purposes. Recording, copying, distributing, or reproducing materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
