- Photography & Digital Art (printed on high-quality archival materials)

Presentation Requirements
To maintain a professional and uniform presentation, all artwork must adhere to the following guidelines:
Canvas & Panel Submissions
- Gallery-wrapped canvases must be at least 1.5 inches deep with finished or painted edges (no visible staples or raw canvas).
- Canvases thinner than 1.5 inches must be framed in a professional, ready-to-hang frame.
- Unframed, standard-thickness canvases will not be accepted.
Framed Artwork
- Frames must be clean, sturdy, and free of chips, scratches, or damage.
- No clip frames, sawtooth hangers, or unfinished wood frames are permitted.
- If artwork is behind glass, plexiglass is preferred for safety.
Hanging Hardware
- All 2D artwork must be wired for hanging using D-rings and strong, secure wire.
- The wire should be attached approximately one-third of the way down from the top and be 2" to 3” from the top of the frame to ensure proper balance.
- No sawtooth hangers, loose hardware, or protruding eye screws will be accepted.
Sculpture & 3D Work
- Artists must provide a secure and presentable display solution if required.
- Pedestals or stands may be available upon request, subject to approval.
Drop-off & Inspection
- When dropping off artwork—whether for a special event, exhibition, or member wall—each piece will be inspected to ensure it meets the gallery’s presentation standards.
- Artwork that does not meet these requirements will be returned to the artist and will not be displayed.
