📌 Registration Options Explained

1. Early Bird Registration – $80/year

Available from 1 December – 31 January each year.

Covers the full school year (January–December).

Renews automatically each year at $80 unless cancelled.

This is the best value option and ensures schools are locked in for the full year at the lowest rate.

2. Standard Annual Registration – $100/year

Available year-round.

Covers the full school year (January–December).

Renewal must be completed manually each January.

Recommended for schools that miss the Early Bird period.

3. Free Trial – 1 Term Free, then $65/year

Available once per school only.

Includes a full school term at no cost.

At the end of the trial, schools may continue for $65 for the remainder of the year (covering the remaining 3 terms).

Free trial cannot be combined with other offers.

📋 Class & Staff Details Required

To make it simple for your school community, Piece Of Cake Events will preload your teachers, classes, and support staff into our ordering system. This ensures parents can easily select the right teacher or class when placing Fun Bucket or Teacher Treat orders.

When registering, please provide:

A full list of class names and year/stage levels (eg. Kindergarten Blue, Year 1 Red, Year 2/3 Composite).

The teacher’s full name for each class. (e.g. Mrs Smith, Mr Brown).
