Please complete this form and send to CHFA by January 19, 2026. If your order is not placed by this day, CHFA cannot guarantee availability of space on-site. Should the product exceed the purchased amount, additional charges will apply.
All deliveries to facility will be directed to the appropriate booth location. This includes cold storage deliveries. As a result, all exhibitors are responsible for delivering their products from their booth to the cold storage area. In addition, all exhibitors are responsible for unloading and managing their product inventory in the cold storage area. Please keep your product organized and your team informed of its location. CHFA is not responsible for any loss or damage to any product(s) while in the cold storage units or for the failure of the cold storage, and in no event will CHFA have any liability for any resulting expenses, lost sales or other amounts incurred by the exhibitor. Any product that is not removed from the cold storage units by 5:30 PM on Sunday, February 22, 2026 will be donated to local charities or disposed.
