Registration period and fee
Please note that one registration is permitted per transaction. If you have multiple entries, please submit them in separate transactions.
Spots are limited. Registration closes on January 24, 2026, or when all slots are filled.
Early bird rate (until December 5, 2025) USD 250
Standard rate (until January 24, 2026) USD 300
Registration fee includes:
- 2 days of training
- 2 days of refreshments and lunch
- Training materials
The registration fee does not include accommodation and meals before and after the conference program.
Payment
- Visa and Mastercard accepted
- An invoice will be sent to your email address after registration

Refund policy
- 75% refund is available provided written notification is received up to 5 weeks prior to the event
- 50% refund is available provided written notification is received between 4 weeks and 2 weeks prior to the event
- Strictly no refund will be provided for requests within 2 weeks prior to the event.

We have partnered with Hilton Garden Inn Louisville Airport for a limited number of rooms available at a discounted rate (check-in February 8, 2026; checkout February 11, 2026). To enjoy this special rate, please book your accommodation by January 9, 2026.
