Hey! Since your child’s last wristband was brown, red, or black, we know they might be moving through books more slowly now. Because of that, the $50 annual fee may not always feel fair. If you’d like to chat about this, just close this form and send us an email. We’re handling these situations case by case, and if it makes sense, we can manually re-enrol your child without the fee.

Please note, if we can't get your child into lessons with us at the beginning of 2026, we are more than happy to refund this to you!

As you will have heard, we are changing the way we are doing things slightly. This $50 annual fee is charged when families re-enrol for lessons. The fee covers all necessary books (or digital books), wristbands, lanyard, handouts, prizes, and treats - no more one off extra or surprise charges. This fee is non-refundable, unless we’re unable to secure a space for your child. In that case, you can request a refund once lessons begin in February.

We’re always happy to chat if something feels unfair (e.g. if your child is near the end of the curriculum or hasn’t finished as many books as expected). Just flick us an email.

If the timing of this fee is going to cause you issues, please email us and let us know - we don’t want this to be a barrier for kids continuing with lessons!
