Discover the beauty of African textiles in this creative, hands-on workshop.

At Fabric to Frame, you’ll learn how to mat, and frame vibrant African fabrics into a stunning 8 x 10 art piece. Along the way, we’ll share the cultural stories behind the fabrics.

What’s Included:

1. All supplies: African fabrics, beveled matte, backer board, sleeve bag, fabric adhesive, and tools.

2. Step-by-step instruction (with room for your own creative flow!)

3. Your finished 8 X 10 wall art piece.

Plus you'll have the option to purchase a ready-to-hang frame at the workshop.

I’m Anitra and I help culturally inspired decorators and intentional gift-givers infuse their home with joy and a sense of connection with our curated collection of authentic, artisan-made African decor.

Since 2014 we've established relationships with artisans in Ghana, Kenya and Uganda to create unique decorative objects from African art and tableware to textiles and wall fans that transform spaces.

These relationships have enabled 100's of African artisans to earn a fair livable wage which not only helps them but sets future generations up for success as well.
