Goodstart Beresfield 2025 Centre Photos Pre-Registration Form

Please complete this form to register your child and pay the deposit PRIOR to Photo Day - registration is essential for your child to be photographed.
Remember This Photography provides large online galleries of 15+ images per child from which you can place your order. Orders are placed after galleries are released so you can pick and choose exactly what you would like once you have seen your photos. Siblings are also photographed together and all images for multiple-child families are combined into a single gallery.

For families with multiple enrolled children a separate registration is required to be filled out FOR EACH CHILD.

*Registrations for each day close at 8pm the evening before, or sooner if maximum daily limits are met.

When you submit this form you will receive an email response confirming your registration has been received which will include your responses to the questions below. Please check your junk folder if the email does not arrive in your inbox and ensure all information entered is correct. You can refer back to this email if you forget which day you selected! If there are any issues please email rememberthisphoto@live.com.au

If your child is absent on their scheduled day they will be photographed on the next day they attend. If they don't attend at all during my visit the $25 regsitration fee will be refunded.

2-3 weeks following photo week you will receive a link to your private online gallery where you can view your photos and place your order, this email will include instructions on how to claim your $25 credit.

$15 per child (up to four children)
Does your child attend with a bestie or a cousin or have their own little gang you would love some special memories created with? The Besties Session will allow extra time to do just that!

The 10-15 images from this session will be added to the galleries of each child and those photos can be incorporated into your order.

**IMPORTANT INFO:

- The $15 fee covers the additional time required to take and prepare your extra images only, and does not increase the value of your registration credit

- All children taking part in the Besties Session must be registered for photos with permission granted by each child's parent/carer to be included, and the additional $15 per child must be have been paid

- If possible, please coordinate with the parent/carer of the other child/children to be included in this shoot to ensure you all select the same photo day. This will allow things to run smoothly and make sure everybody is in their photo clothes!

- Finally, if you register for the Besties Session and it is unable to go ahead, either because permission is not granted for the other child or due to absence or illness, you will be refunded the $15 fee
