Under no circumstances, at any time. Students in violation of this policy will be subject to disciplinary actions, up to and including expulsion. Consumption of beer and wine will be allowed for visitors during visitor hours on Homecoming day in the designated tailgating areas ONLY, in accordance with all applicable state and municipal laws in governing the City of Dallas and the State of Texas. It is the responsibility of the server and the consumer to be aware of and in compliance with these laws. Serving alcohol to persons under the age of 21 is a violation of state law, as is consumption and possession of alcohol for those under the age of 21. Responsible and appropriate behavior is expected when consuming alcohol on campus. Those who fail to meet these standards may lose tailgating privileges, asked to leave campus, and/or face sanctions from law enforcement personnel.
Grease and hot coals must be completely extinguished before leaving the tailgating site. No food is to be sold.
Paul Quinn will keep visitors safe and healthy during Homecoming. Medical and Security Personnel will be present throughout the day.
