  • Homecoming Tailgating Policies and Procedures Paul Quinn College Homecoming Games: November 1, 2025

  • Under no circumstances, at any time. Students in violation of this policy will be subject to disciplinary actions, up to and including expulsion. Consumption of beer and wine will be allowed for visitors during visitor hours on Homecoming day in the designated tailgating areas ONLY, in accordance with all applicable state and municipal laws in governing the City of Dallas and the State of Texas. It is the responsibility of the server and the consumer to be aware of and in compliance with these laws. Serving alcohol to persons under the age of 21 is a violation of state law, as is consumption and possession of alcohol for those under the age of 21. Responsible and appropriate behavior is expected when consuming alcohol on campus. Those who fail to meet these standards may lose tailgating privileges, asked to leave campus, and/or face sanctions from law enforcement personnel.

    Grease and hot coals must be completely extinguished before leaving the tailgating site. No food is to be sold.

    Paul Quinn will keep visitors safe and healthy during Homecoming. Medical and Security Personnel will be present throughout the day. If you find yourself in need of security or health support, please call the main security booth at (214) 379- 5599. If you are in an emergency situation, please call 911.

  • College-endorsed merchandise will be available for purchase in the outside underneath the Retail Tent.

  • By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Paul Quinn College Homecoming Tailgating Policies and Procedures, and I agree to abide by them. I understand that tailgating spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with each NPHC organization guaranteed a spot.

    I agree to adhere to the alcohol policy, recognizing that current students are prohibited from consuming alcohol on campus. Furthermore, I understand that all activities must comply with the regulations of the City of Dallas and the State of Texas.

    I also agree that all fires must be fully extinguished with water before leaving the tailgating area, and no food may be sold during the event.
