The VIP section. These areas will be clearly marked with each organization’s shield. Other organizations that have active alumni may petition for a designated area in the VIP section. This petition must be made at least 10 days prior to the Homecoming game day, using the Tailgate Reservation Application Form attached below Please submit tailgate application forms via email to events@PQC.edu.

Hours: The campus will be open to vendors at 9:00 AM, and will close to visitors at 10:00 PM. Parking: Parking costs $25 for all vehicles. Vendors will be assigned two parking passTent policies: If you would like to set up a tent, you must provide your own tent unless previously discussed with Paul Quinn. Only shade tents without side panels will be permitted.Greek Row & Alumni Organizations: NPHC & MGC Fraternities and Sororities will each have a designated areaReserved Tailgating Locations (Tent): Visitors who would like to ensure that they have a spot in the VIP area

Vendors may submit a Tailgate Reservation Application Form. There is a $150 charge to submit a form, and requests will be granted on a first-come-first-serve basis. There will be no guarantees related to a particular location within the VIP area. Also, any visitor who has not checked into their spot by 11:00 am will forfeit their reservation.

It is the responsibility of the server and the consumer to be aware of and in compliance with these laws. Serving alcohol to persons under the age of 21 is a violation of state law, as is consumption and possession of alcohol for those under the age of 21. Responsible and appropriate behavior is expected when consuming alcohol on campus. Those who fail to meet these standards may lose tailgating privileges, asked to leave campus, and/or face sanctions from law enforcement personnel.

Grease and hot coals must be completely extinguished before leaving the tailgating site. No food is to be sold.

Paul Quinn will keep visitors safe and healthy during Homecoming. Medical and Security Personnel will be present throughout the day. If you find yourself in need of security or health support, please call the main security booth at (214) 379- 5599. If you are in an emergency situation, please call 911.

Paul Quinn is not responsible for the lost, stolen or damaged property. The college may revoke a parking license or visitor status and eject or refuse entry to anyone it deems in violation of venue rules, illegal activity, misconduct or failure to comply with any and all security measures.
