Colorado Community Elite Drill Team – Terms of Participation
As a member of the Colorado Community Elite Drill Team (CCEDT), each participant and their parent/guardian agree to the following:

1. Attendance & Commitment
Participants are expected to attend all scheduled practices, performances, and events unless excused in advance.
Excessive unexcused absences may result in suspension or removal from the team.
2. Behavior & Conduct
All members are expected to show respect toward coaches, teammates, volunteers, and event staff.
Bullying, disrespect, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Members must represent CCEDT with pride and uphold positive sportsmanship at all times.
3. Uniforms & Equipment
Team uniforms and equipment must be kept in good condition.
Any loss or damage (outside of normal wear and tear) may be the responsibility of the parent/guardian to replace.
4. Safety & Health
Parents/guardians must inform CCEDT of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.
Participants must follow all safety instructions during practices and performances.
5. Media Release
By participating, you grant CCEDT permission to use photos and videos of members for promotional, training, and marketing purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Financial Responsibility
A one-time $100 registration fee is required for new members.
Parents/guardians are responsible for timely payment of all fees, dues, and costs associated with participation unless financial assistance has been arranged.
7. Transportation & Supervision
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring participants arrive on time and are picked up promptly after practices and events.
With prior consent, participants may travel with authorized CCEDT staff for events and performances.
8. Dismissal Policy
CCEDT reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior, attendance, or actions are consistently disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to the integrity of the program.
