  • SUNDAY 20th SEPTEMBER: Registration and light refreshments in upstairs function room from 4pm to 5:30pm. 

    MONDAY 21st SEPTEMBER: Mens and Ladies 18 hole Stableford day 1 

    TUESDAY 22nd SEPTEMBER:

    Mens and Ladies 18 hole Stableford day 2, 36 hole Stableford events

    WEDNESDAY 23rd SEPTEMBER:           REST DAY

    THURSDAY 24th SEPTEMBER: Mens and Ladies 18 hole Stablefords (NSWVGA Shield)

    Presentation dinner 6:00 for 6:30pm in clubhouse.  Bookings essential.

    FRIDAY 25th SEPTEMBER:

    Irish 4BBB Teams Medley Event, shotgun start at 8am. Complimentary BBQ breakfast from 7am.

    Individual Stableford events are not medleys. Men and ladies play different courses.

  • Registration Fees:

    18 holes $35, Friday Teams Event $35 p/p, Presentation Dinner $40, NSWVGA membership $5
  • Please complete a separate entry for each player.

    Once you submit the first player you can complete further entries.
  • Registration:

    Please click YES to select the events/items you are paying for. If you click YES by mistake click NO to cancel. A complimentary BBQ breakfast is available from 7am prior to teams event on Friday.
  • Tee Times, Carts and Playing Partners

    To ensure availability, club carts will be allocated to the first three and last three timeslots each day. This may change depending on the number of club carts required. If you want to play at another time we will attempt to match you with a local player with a cart, however no guarantees. Note: Ladies play different courses to men on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Medley is only on Friday. Cart allocation and requested tee times will be made on a first in basis and can't be guaranteed. You can request to play with or share a cart with one other player of the same gender.
  • Select days cart is required or your cart is available to share with a visitor. Cart bookings must be made on this form. DO NOT include payment for cart with your payment. All cart hire will be arranged by the tournament committee, however if you have arranged to share a cart with a local or visitor, please nominate that person in the Playing/Cart Partner section below.
  • Payment Method:

  • Method for Scoring:

    Dubbo Golf Club uses MiScore for marking players. MiScore submits the score for the player using MiScore, not the player being marked. If either player in a pair does not use MiScore then both players must use a card for scoring. Please try to have the MiScore App installed on your mobile phone with Dubbo Golf Club added.
  • Make sure you click Submit

    After clicking Submit you have the option to register another entrant.
