100% Attendance Required All Three Days. No exceptions

Prerequisite: Completion of Brainspotting Phase 1

Registration closes March 2nd, 2026.

Training material will be sent to the physical address and email address that you list on this registration form.  Please ensure accuracy including apartment/suite numbers.

The practice of Brainspotting requires the full presence of the Brainspotting practitioner's brain, mind, body and spirit.  The same is required during attendance at the training.  This highly experiential training requires active participation during practicums.  Sitting and observing is NOT permitted.  Attending with Zoom camera on is required.

All Brainspotting trainings that I conduct are approved by Brainspotting Trainings, LLC - David Grand, PhD - Founder and Developer of Brainspotting.  This training meets the Brainspotting Phase 2 requirement towards Brainspotting certification.

LGBTQ+ exclusive affinity space trainings are not eligible for CEs due to current CE regulations. Please check your professional board's regulations regarding self report of CEs and for additional information relevant to obtaining CEs via an alternate pathway.

Requirements and Expectations to attend the training:

If you are unable to adhere to these requirements please do not register for the training.  100% attendance is required for each day.  This means it is not acceptable to leave the training for a few hours to go attend another meeting etc and then return to the training. If you are unable to attend 100% each day then do not register for the training.  In case of an emergency, we are happy to provide a prorated refund of the registration fee less administrative fees and you can take the training in the future.

The Brainspotting Trainer and facilitators presume participants are competent professionals or students who possess relational and interpersonal competency, good communication skills, a working knowledge of therapeutic/counseling frameworks, and sufficient self-regulation skills to remain present throughout the 3 days of training.

COVID-19 remains a thing so to speak, along with sociopolitical issues which have caused strain in many areas, to say the least.  However, if you are not able to be fully present for whatever reason(s) please do not register for the training.  This training is highly experiential and REQUIRES your full attention and presence.  The inability to be fully present adversely impacts other attendees during experiential practicums. Opting out of practicums is NOT permitted.

If you become ill during the training and cannot be fully present, we are happy to provide a prorated refund.  Just observing is not permitted.  All aspects of the training must be completed with full participation.

Instructions to obtain the student rate, pre-licensed rate, repeat rate or rate for persons residing in Canada:

Student rate: $400 is only available to those who are currently enrolled in a masters or doctoral degree program related to mental health i.e. your degree has not been conferred. Please include the following in your request: the name of your school indicate the type of program e.g. MSW, MS in Counseling, PhD in psychology etc. await a response with instructions on how to proceed.

Pre-independent clinical license rate: $645  is only available to those who are working under supervision to become licensed to practice independently i.e. your degree has been conferred. Please include the following in your request: indicate your pre-licensure credentials e.g. AMFT, LCSWA, etc. your supervisor's name  - e.g. supervised by Jenny Therapist, LMFT etc., await a response with instructions on how to proceed.
 

Repeat rate is available to those who have previously completed a Brainspotting Phase 2 synchronous (live) online training or in-person training.  Please email with the dates of your previous Brainspotting Phase 2 training and the name of your trainer.

Canadian rate: $845

Cancelation and Refund Policy:
We understand situations arise. If you need to cancel please contact us at bsptrainer@westcoastpsychotherapy.com. Please be sure that you are able to fully attend all 3 days of the training. All cancellations received by midnight Pacific time Friday February 20th, 2026, will receive a full refund, less a $75 administrative fee, by Friday, February 27th, 2026. ALL cancellations received after midnight Pacific Time Friday, February 20th, 2026, will receive a full refund, less a $75 administrative fee, after the training has concluded and by Friday, March 13th, 2026.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AS A RESULT OF PARTIAL ATTENDANCE. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO ATTEND 100% ALL 3 DAYS OF THE TRAINING. MISSING ONE OR TWO HOURS IS NOT PERMITTED.
