CLINIC RULES
Riders under the age of 18 must wear an ASTM/SEI approved helmet while mounted.
Proper riding attire, tack and footwear is required. No shorts, bareback pads or halters for riding are allowed.
Participants may only ride in the designated areas of TN Equestrian Center, unless given express permission.
Any participant using excessive force or disciplinary action towards their horse will be excused from the clinic immediately with no refund.
No horse under the age of 3 may participate in the clinic without prior permission from clinician.
No horse under the age of 3 may be ridden in the clinic.
If participant does not wish to participate in the exercises taught in the arena session, they may work on their own outside of the teaching arena only.
Only horses that are participating in the clinic may be brought on property.
Each cabin must have one occupant over the age of 18.
ORGANIZER’S RIGHTS:
Clinic organizers or management reserve the right to combine, split, cancel or re-arrange the schedule as necessary for safety, weather or other unforseen cicumstances.
Organizers may refuse entry to any participant for any reason.
REFUND POLICY:
90 Days out: Full Refund
60 Days out: 25% refund with 100.00 admin fee
30 Days out: NO REFUNDS
Participants are welcome to fill their spot on their own. If participant needs to cancel and the clinic is full, we will do our best to find a replacement on the waitlist and will refund fully with a 100.00 admin fee.
No dogs or unattended children permitted at clinic area. No loose dogs permitted anywhere on property.
Video/Photography/Audio Recordings are strictly perhibited during clinic.
BARN RULES:
All stall aisles must be kept tidy and navigable at all times.
No horses may be tied up unattended.
Participants are responsible to clean their stalls daily and provide feed/hay.
All horses must have water available at all times.
Participants may not stay in barns overnight.
Participants may not leave dogs unattended in barns.
Participants may not store golf carts in barns.
