Youth Arise and Pulse Youth are thrilled to announce our Summer Camp for 2026! This camp is for young people from age groups 12-18 years.

We're so excited to create an environment where youth can have fun, connect, and encounter the love of God. This year, we’re heading to a new location: YMCA Mt. Evelyn Discovery Camp site from the 14th to 16th of January 2026 (Wednesday to Friday). It's a new location with more space, facilities, and a greater capacity to make this camp our best yet. We're planning a range of fun activities, team games, worship, and opportunities to hear from God.

The cost for the camp is $200 per person, covering all meals, accommodation, and activities. We encourage everyone to sign up soon, and we look forward to seeing your young person there!

I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge the following:

Emergency Contact Information:
I have provided accurate emergency contact details, including my phone number, an alternate contact person, and their phone number. In the event of any emergency, I authorise the camp staff to contact me or the alternate contact provided.

Medical Authorisation & Indemnity:
I authorise the organisers of the Youth Camp, Lifespring Church and Alive Church, to arrange for my child/ward to receive any necessary first aid, medical, or surgical treatment while in their care. This includes the use of an ambulance and/or anaesthetic as deemed necessary by a qualified medical practitioner. I accept full responsibility for any associated costs. Additionally, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the churches, their denominations, and any individual staff or voluntary leaders against all claims arising from any injury to my child/ward during camp activities, except in cases where there is a failure of duty of care by the organisers.

Camp Rules and Expectations:
I have reviewed and discussed with my child/ward the rules, expectations, and code of conduct for the Church Camp. I understand that my child/ward is expected to adhere to these guidelines throughout the camp.

Photo, Video, and Media Release:
I give permission to the organisers, Lifespring Church and Alive Church, to take photographic, digital images, video, and audio recordings of my child/ward. These may be used collectively or separately across various platforms, including but not limited to publications, newsletters, websites, social media, live streaming, broadcast, and other promotional material, both electronic and print, for current and future editions.

Transportation and Off-Site Activities:
I authorise camp staff to provide transportation for my child/ward as necessary for camp activities, including travel to nearby facilities, if required. I understand that all safety precautions will be taken during any transportation.

Viewing Media Content:
I consent to my child/ward viewing videos or movies rated 'G' (General). I understand that all content will be pre-screened by a leader for suitability.

Liability Release:
I release Lifespring Church, Alive Church, their staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property that may occur during the Church Camp, unless arising from negligence on their part.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this consent form. I hereby give permission for my child/ward to participate in the Youth Camp and all its activities.
