Become a leader in PCAR! Behind every successful REALTOR® and Affiliate there is a sense of community. The more you know about your Association and community, the more successful you are likely to be. Recognizing this, we created the Leadership Development Program. This unique educational opportunity is not only about making you a better REALTOR® or Affiliate, it's about building your community and becoming a successful leader throughout your life. PCAR REALTOR® and Affiliate members who are interested in becoming more active and involved in leadership positions within PCAR, CAR, NAR, and within the surrounding communities are encouraged to apply.
Tuition - $300 ($150 refundable deposit due today)

A $150 refundable deposit must be paid to be considered for the academy. If you are accepted into the academy, you will be invoiced the remaining $150 which must be paid in full before the first academy session on January 14, 2026. Deposit is fully refundable if requested in writing before December 1, 2025 for any reason.

If accepted into the Leadership Academy, you will be contacted by either a PCAR Leadership Committee member or by staff. Tuition for the program covers each training session, meals during the sessions, and instructional materials. Any additional costs for travel, etc. will be the participant's responsibility.
Sessions - Wednesday's from 11am to 2pm.
Most sessions will be held in the PCAR Conference Center.

April 29th - Legislative Day/Legislative Insights & Networking Luncheon in Sacramento

May 13th - Elevating Your Speaking Presence - Speaker TBD

June 3rd - Participant Presentations/From Vision to Capstone

June 9th - Graduation Celebration at PCAR Marketing Meeting
Commitment

I understand the purpose of the Placer County Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy program, and if selected, I will devote the time and resources necessary to complete the program. One absence will be allowed, anything in excess will be grounds for possible disqualification from the academy and no portion of the tuition shall be refunded.
