The $79/$79 plan is no longer available as of 01/27/2026. For those currently on the plan, your plan will not be impacted, however, you cannot return to the Starter Plan if you switch plans now.

Pending or Active Deals Reminder:

If you have any pending or active transactions, the transaction fee that applied when the contract went under agreement will still apply.

Example:

You are on the No Monthly Fee Plan and go under contract on September 1st.
On September 2nd, you switch to the Business Builder Plan ($79 transaction fee).
You will still owe the $390 transaction fee for that pending deal since that was the fee in place when the contract was executed.
