Please Note: The Starter Plan ($79/month + $79/transaction) was discontinued on January 27, 2026. If you are currently on the Starter Plan, your plan will remain unchanged unless you choose to switch. Once you switch plans, you cannot return to the Starter Plan.

Existing Transactions Will Remain on Your Current Fee Schedule
Changing your subscription plan does not change the transaction fee for deals that are already in progress.
The transaction fee is determined based on when the transaction begins, not when it closes or when you change plans.
Specifically:
- Buyer transactions: The transaction fee is locked in when the purchase contract is executed (goes under contract).
- Listing transactions: The transaction fee is locked in when the listing becomes active on the MLS, even if it has not yet gone under contract.
Example: Buyer Example
You are on the No Monthly Fee Plan ($390 transaction fee).
September 1: Your buyer goes under contract.
September 2: You switch to the Business Builder Plan ($79 transaction fee).
Result: You will still owe the $390 transaction fee for that buyer transaction because the contract was executed before your plan changed.
Example: Listing Example
You are on the No Monthly Fee Plan ($390 transaction fee).
September 1: Your listing goes active on the MLS.
September 2: You switch to the Business Builder Plan ($79 transaction fee).
September 15: The property goes under contract.
Result: You will still owe the $390 transaction fee for that listing because the listing became active before your plan change.
