I also read and understand the copyright infringement policy item 31. CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to egeliebter@macsmobileairclimate.org to be considered valid. Cancellations received 90 days or more prior to the conference will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations received 60-89 days prior to the conference will be eligible for a 50% refund, and cancellations received less than 60 days prior to the conference will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows will be considered a cancellation and will forfeit the full exhibition fee.
